APIs to fetch reward points in Freshdesk Gamification

Hi team

Use case: A rewards management system integration with Freshdesk where based on Freshdesk Gamifcation, the points that agents acquire can be redeemed via the rewards system.

Is there a way to fetch award points via APIs?
Also, is there a way to reset the award points once the agent claims those points?

Welcome to the community! :tada:

There’s no API currently available to get the Freshdesk gamification points and to reset them.
To achieve the same use-case, a gamification has to be completely created and handled in the app.

I will pass on this requirement as a feedback to the Freshdesk product team.
