Create Ticket API Response missing few fields

Hi Team,

Good Day,

We manage tickets in Freshservice using FreshService API V2. We create, fetch and update tickets using those API.

While creating ticket using Create Ticket API we will get the entire ticket data as response, but in that response Impact and Urgency values of the created ticket are missing.

To know those values we have to again make an API Call to Freshservice using View A Ticket API

May I know why you don’t send those Impact and Urgency values in the create ticket API response itself?
