Custom Apps New Versions Not Publishing OR Deleting & Stuck on "Publish in progress"

Hi Team,

We have custom apps stuck in “Publish in Progress” and others are not publishing the updates I uploaded nor can I delete the unplubihshed custom apps.

First App has been suck in Progress for about 4 hours now
Second App I have uploaded the changes but everytime I publish the new version remains in draft and does not publish.
3rd app I want to delete which it give me the pop up but nothing deletes.

Please Help. I could not find a topic where a solution was provided.

430400 – There is an issue in the app code. Kindly follow the doc: Freshworks Developer Docs | The common module introduction
430509 – We need the HAR file for further debugging and investigation.
430509 – This could be due to a temporary issue. Please try the installation again, and if the issue persists, share the HAR file so we can investigate further.

No matter what I do.

All of my apps have a problem:

Cannot Delete - 433862 & 430415
Stuck in publushing - 430509
Draft not publishing - 430400 ( I checked the code and it meets your guidelines)

Could you please verify whether the app deletion issue has been resolved for the affected apps?

We have also addressed the issue that was causing the publishing process to get stuck. Please try publishing the app again and let us know if you continue to face any issues.

I now have another error which provides no context on which issues to address.
