Delay in product events [Freshdesk]


There was a delay in the onTicketCreate event on Tue, 2 Jun 2020 around 2:41 PM London time. It seems the event is triggered after 15 - 25mins. Customer is looking for an update and root cause for this.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Our team is already on it, working towards stabilizing the same. At the moment, it seems to be sporadic issues that are observed with the service vendor.
