Hi Team,

Good Day, We are developing the application in the Freshworks CRM, Here we need some clarification while gone through the CRM, I have mentioned the Problem below

Here the Phone icon is displaying on the Left navigation bar as shown in the image below. Is there anyway to remove or customize the Phone icon in the CRM. Kindly help me with and resolve the issue Thanks in advance.

Hi @Balaji1,

By default, CRM would have a in built phone. But when CRM user installed an app that lives on this placeholders, newer app takes the precedence and default one fades away.
