After installing the chrome extension I execute the following command
frsh run
it gives me the following error
Error: Node Sass does not yet support your current environment: Windows 64-bit with Unsupported runtime (72)

First of all, welcome to our community! 
You’re using V1 developer platform and CLI (frsh) which has been deprecated long time for now. Chrome extension is also not required anymore.
Please follow the steps from the documentation of v2 platform to install the dependencies and get started with the app development with Freshworks CLI called fdk.
