We have got one requirement to hide the child tickets from the Freshdesk customer portal.
For internal purposes, the client has created automation for creating child tickets but they don’t want those child tickets to get displayed to the customers.
Is there any way to show only parent tickets and hide child tickets in the ticket listing page of the Freshdesk customer portal?

Can you share some links to the support articles or similar for us to better understand how this parent - child ticketing works? This will also help me better understand the problem. Is it that child tickets that is visible to customer should be hidden? If this is an UI related, can you share a screenshot of it?
I am trying to understand if this problems falls under Freshdesk portal customisation capabilities or related to app development or Freshdesk REST APIs.
