I’ve been importing our FreshSevice tickets via the REST API to include in PowerBI reports. We would like to be able to include a link in the report that is widely available. In the UI, it’s possible to obtain a public URL through the share dropdown. How can I get this URL through the API? I’ve looked at all of the ticket fields available and have not been able to find a way to get this link.

Someone please chime in here if I’m wrong, but I don’t believe this is directly supported.
I’ve been able to get around this by adding a field to our tickets, hide it via business rules, then use a workflow to add the public url to them.

Thanks. I had a chat with a support representative who told me that it wasn’t available as a field in the API. It looks like a workaround like the one you described is my best bet.
