How to retrieve all the ticket and fields via API also by giving time/date range

I need to schedule API call for all the ticket and it’s fields by providing date range. please suggest.

Thanks @zach_jones_noel basically i need to call API EOD to fetch tickets and relevant fields
by providing date filter (it has to run every day so, current system date- 5 days, that will allow to update tickets values everyday), i need this to make customized metrics.
