Hi all, we want to migrate our customer data to Freshsales and plan to use Freshsales API to create entities. In addition to that, it is important for us to save all the conversations with contacts to be displayed in “Recent conversations” on each contact’s page. As far as I understand Freshsales API doesn’t provide any possible way to make it happen. Please advise, is there any way to transfer the content of conversations with contacts to CRM?
