I’m trying to create a Power BI report that tells me the response rate of the surveys we sent out. We’re accessing our FreshDesk data via the FreshDesk developer API Freshdesk.
I was wondering is there a way to obtain the emails that were sent out for the surveys? I’ll need the count of this to calculate the response rate (e.g. if I sent 10 emails and there are 4 responses, the response rate would be 40%)
