I am facing the same issue as in another post that was closed without an answer so I do not see a way to comment on it: Missing ticket status in End-User application Data Method
Context from my side:
I have created custom End User Apps on FreshDesk. I have logic that enables or disables fields based on the ticket status. The issue is that what you have documented in the developer site does not seem to be accurate for the data returned regarding the current ticket. It was not an issue as I used the label but we are adding other languages now so that workaround is no longer feasible. Can you please let me know why I do not see the status field under ticket?

What is actually returned (closest I could get was status_label):
For context these are End User app placeholders are portal_tickets_details_sidebar and portal_tickets_new_sidebar.
