Sidebar Placeholder for Agents in Custom Freshservice App

Is it possible to add a sidebar placeholder in the Agents page similar to how it is done for Requesters page (Placeholders) using the Freshservice Custom App SDK ?

Hello @Dan that placeholder currently doesn’t exist in freshservice but I would also love to see this become available!

I’m curious to know what are the use-case you are trying to solve with apps in Agents page.

I am trying to build a custom sidebar app in which certain details respective to the Agent / Requester can be viewed and an on-demand API trigger to a middleware can be initiated by a button click in the sidebar app.

I was able to do the above for Requesters and would like to do the same for Agents too.
