Ticket opening behavior with call

New calls overwrite the existing tickets - if “agent” is in the middle of updating a ticket and he gets another call, the 1st ticket gets overwritten with the new empty ticket. How can we open a new tab?
For example, Zendesk tries to open a new “tab” to avoid this issue.

It’s not possible to create a new tab programmatically from the app.

Could you clarify the use-case of what is the app trying to do and what is the actual problem?
