To create a lower level plan in Freshdesk

Hi Team,

We are trying to test this marketplace application Catch

We have a scenario where we have to test the application for lower plans(which do not support the unique external id in the contact module).

Please assist us to enable this custom application in the lower plan of Freshdesk or provide us with a solution to get this done.

When you have a Freshdesk subscription, did you try navigating to “Billing” option from the Settings page?

I am guessing you can simply choose the desired plan and proceed with testing?
