Unable to generate refresh token in OAuth

Hello team,

I developed an app with OAuth authorization and after 1 hr my access token is getting expired and unable to generate a refresh token. Can anyone help me with this?

Hi @soujanya,

The platform would automatically refresh the access_token in case of expiry for most cases, can you reauthorize the app from gallery and check. If the issue is still not resolved, can you share the app ID (How to obtain App ID from the Developer Portal?) and information about the oAuth provider you are trying to use?

I developed this app with agent level OAuth and it will be difficult to always reauthorize the app for the customers. Here is the app ID https://www.freshdev.io/custom_apps/33906-gotoassist/edit

Hi @soujanya,

Can you share the HAR file when error this happens ? How to generate HAR file to export and analyse network request logs?
Since network logs will contain sensitive information moderator will DM you to get the logs.
