Wrong Info on Service Task in Freshdesk Documentation


I found some mismatching information in Freshdesk API documentation for creating Service Task.

To create a Service Task we need to use the POST method but in the docs, it is given as PUT.

Then in Additional Parameters table for cf_fsm_phone_number field type is given as a number, but the API expects a string.

Please correct me if am wrong.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It seems like there is a mismatch in the HTTP method & field data type based on the sample curl request shown as well. We will inspect the same and have it corrected :slight_smile:
