Is it possible to display the Freshdesk’s Whatsapp business number on the customer portal page?
The requirement is to display the button on the click it should take it to the Freshdesk’s Whatsapp business chat from the customer portal.
Is it possible?

- The right business plan and
- A WhatsApp business number
Assuming you have already integrated WhatsApp with freshdesk
I am assuming you have created a custom app for this, that is where you can add the button, pointing to the URL you receive by doing the above.
If what I said above does not make sense,
Then please let me know a little more detail here, is your customer here trying to chat with your company through WhatsApp?
