How do I turn off the automatic the automatic tags such as “Likely to buy?” I tried deleting the tag and was denied. I then tried to go to each client and remove the tag and was denied. How are these tags being assigned?
Could you please check if there’s an automation rule or any custom application that is active in your instance?
That might cause this update.
May be an automation rule to update the tag based on the subject line.
Make sure you check in all three tabs “create”, “on update”
and “time triggers”.
