Automatically search articles based on Description field in customer portal

Is it possible to listen to the Description field on the new ticket form in the customer portal and display related articles based on the keywords entered in the field?

Currently, when we type in keywords in the Subject field and move to another field, related articles are displayed on the right side of the page. Is it possible to replicate this behaviour for the Description field as well using code?
