We are currently using our SSO to login into Freshservice. The SSO is tied to our UPN which is a number ID@university associated with the user as an alias email address. The problem is when they are replying to a ticket the reply is with their public email which is technically the secondary email. Is there a way in Azure App auto provisioner to add the Freshservice Attribute “secondary email” and have it assigned to Azure AD attribute?
