BUG: Filtering or Grouping by Location field does not show in reporting

I am only getting requester locations when using the reporting/analytics tool when I need the Locations field. I cannot filter by locations field found in the incident ticket for some reason.

Not sure if anybody had this issue.

I’m also able to reproduce what you have reported in the Freshservice analytics tool. But, we do not have the relevant team in this community to help confirm or fix it if it’s a bug.
