Customer Portal

Hello team,

I need to run a background app in the customer portal and the option to listen to the ticket form change.
Are there any possible ways to run a background app in the customer portal?
If possible kindly please provide the documentation for the same.

Currently, we don’t support background apps in the customer portal but you have an option to render it in the ticket_sidebar of the customer portal.
