Can we create a feature to hide Customer feedback from Agents within the ticket? I would like to create a Customer Satisfaction Survey that is not visible to the Agent as I will have tough questions and it maybe sensitive to the Agent reviewing. Instead I would run report to collect this data.
If the agent portal could be customized in the same way that the requester portal can be, this could easily be achieved with CSS. I’ve often wished the system allowed for better agent portal customization.
