Customer satisfaction surveys

hello team
I am trying to set customer satisfaction email once the ticket is closed, but if the ticket is closed, I am getting an email stating “ticket is closed” and the customer survey link is not present in it.
and i create a customer satisfaction survey

Admin > Workflows > Customer Satisfaction > New Survey

and set the Requester Notification under the section email notification
Admin > Workflows > Email Notifications > Requester Notifications > Agent closes the ticket OR Agent solves the ticket .

my problem
after the ticket status is closed the mail we recived to Requester email id
but in this mail {{ticket.satisfaction_survey}} link is not came for survey (we can see while use inspect element “its has with empty paragraph tag”) with out link
