Deployment of custom app fails

Goodmorning,
I’m trying to deploy a new Freshservice serverless custom app since yesterday, but I keep recieving email with the message “Your app was not published due to some techinical issues.”.
I’m using FDK 9.0.0 and platform-version 2.3.
What may cause this issue?

Could you share your app ID and the rough timestamp of when you tried to upload the app?
With this information, we would be able to check our logs to find what could be the reason for this issue.

the app ID is 66301 and the last update is “12 Apr 2023, 09:31 AM”.

I tried again this morning but it doesn’t work.

Apologies for the delay in the response.

I saw that the manifest file has empty

      "requests": {}

Could you please remove this and try resubmitting the app? Meanwhile, I’ll check why the platform is failing when the empty object is given.
