I’m trying to deploy a new Freshservice serverless custom app since yesterday, but I keep recieving email with the message “Your app was not published due to some techinical issues.”.
I’m using FDK 9.0.0 and platform-version 2.3.
What may cause this issue?
Could you share your app ID and the rough timestamp of when you tried to upload the app?
With this information, we would be able to check our logs to find what could be the reason for this issue.
