Facing problems with web app integration

Iam trying to integrate my softphone app with freshdesk . I installed every fdk cli’s and created fdk files in a folder . I checked on chatgpt and i changed some configurations as suggested and i executed it in the powershell and it gave me a sample url i used it in the browser , i delt with a error “404 error when on a specific page”.
Kindly help me with this R

I’m trying to integrate my softphone with Freshdesk. I followed the guidance and completed steps such as installing the FDK CLI and creating the required dependent files. After modifying the manifest.json file, I executed the FDK CLI in PowerShell from the dependent folder path.

However, I’m now encountering a 404 error. I have uploaded a screenshot of the error for your reference. Could you please take a look and advise on how to proceed?

I didn’t see a 404 error in the screenshots you shared. Could you clarify which part of your code is throwing the 404 error? Are you making any API requests to your softphone app from your app? If so, could you provide more details about the request, such as the endpoint URL and the expected response? This will help me better understand the issue and suggest a solution.

We tried this with the custom app option.
But it requires us to upload our source code. As per our company’s policy we cannot share this information. We can add the URL…
If your technical team needs to review our source code, we would give them a walkthrough via any virtual meeting. Please help! This is what we are trying to achieve. Need your support and assistance at the earliest.

If you want to deploy your app as a custom app, you need to package it and upload the source code to Freshdesk. Alternatively, you can explore the external app documentation for more details.

We tried the external app option and created the app. It is under review since 27th March.

Also, with respect to custom app we cannot share the source code as per our company’s policy. We will be able to give a run through to he technical team via g-meet. Kindly help to complete the integration at the earliest
