Filter not working for Ticket Fields

Per the documentation ( Service Desk API for Developers | Freshservice, we can pass the Workspace Id to the ticket. We are sending:

/api/v2/ticket_form_fields?workspace_id=5&page=1&per_page=100

However, only the default Workspace fields are returned.
