Hi Devs,
I am trying to customize freshservice portal where I need to achieve the below tasks
- Hide/show the service catalogue form field based on the previous field selection
- Set the value to the hidden field from the custom object based on the previous field selection
As I am using the latest freshservice version, Jquery not working as scripting is not allowed
Could anyone guide us how to acheive these 2 requirements on latest version?
