Freshservice Workflow doesn't trigger

Hello everyone,

I’m facing issues to trigger a Workflow in Freshservice at status change of a Service Request: at first I choose to trigger it via status change, from “Any Status” to “Resolved”, but it didn’t work.

Then I tried to trigger it via “Ticket is updated” and right after that, a condition checks if the Status is Resolved. It didn’t work.

Same thing with “Service Request is updated”.

I don’t see anything in the Activities tab or in the Workflow execution logs.
Did anyone have this issue in the past?

I’ve encountered a similar issue before. It turns out that previous or other workflows can sometimes impact the execution of the ones that follow.

Could you please adjust the order of the workflows, placing this one at the top (as the first in the sequence), and try again?

looks like it worked!


I’ll remember to move up the workflows if it happens again.
For now I’m keeping the trigger as it is and pray that it keeps working :pray:
