I’m facing issues to trigger a Workflow in Freshservice at status change of a Service Request: at first I choose to trigger it via status change, from “Any Status” to “Resolved”, but it didn’t work.
Then I tried to trigger it via “Ticket is updated” and right after that, a condition checks if the Status is Resolved. It didn’t work.
Same thing with “Service Request is updated”.
I don’t see anything in the Activities tab or in the Workflow execution logs.
Did anyone have this issue in the past?
