Getting ID of agent who created the ticket on behalf of a customer

Hi Team,

In serverless event or frontend, I am trying to fetch the the ID of a agent who created the ticket on behalf of a requester.

Could you point me out on achieving the same.

Hi @syedm. Happy 2024! Not as familiar with Freshdesk, but Freshservice has a Activities endpoint to get that data: Service Desk API for Developers | Freshservice. Unfortunately, do not see it in the Freshdesk API, but hopefully a SME in Freshdesk can see if the data is accessible from the backend or possible to capture during a onTicketCreate event with actor.
