Hiding ticket Fields

Developers provided our org with a custom code to hide ticket fields from our customers without deleting or archiving sections.

the field path to access the section was Admin>Portals>“Required Portal”>Customized portal>Layout & Pages> Portal Pages>New Ticket

This unfortunately is not an active field path anymore. Any idea how to access the location?

The option to edit the portal’s layout was moved recently it seems.

You can find it under

  • Admin>Portals
  • Then choose “Edit” on the portal you wanna change
  • Three tabs are showing up, where you choose “Appearance”
  • Click “Edit theme” > Pages > Submit Ticket
