How can I close two task from same parent ticket automatically moment reply is received or note is added

We have crated Employee offboarding flow in our Fresh service account where Parallelly 4 task gets created and assign it to respective team. However out of 4 task we would like to close two tasks automatically moment reply is sent on parent ticket. Please suggest
