How to get the IP for those tickets that are created from the customer portal. (Freshdesk)

Hi Dear Freshworks Community.

I’m facing this situation with a client:
He needs to get the IP address of the customer or user that is submitting a ticket from the Customer Portal. The special thing is that my client is using an IFrame as the ticket registration form.

So, my question is:

How to get the IP address for those tickets that are created from the customer portal? (Freshdesk)

Do you have an idea how can I resolve this?
