I want Help Customizing Workflows in Freshworks API

Hey everyone,

I am working on customizing workflows using the Freshworks API and I want advice. I have been going through the docs but I am still a bit unsure about the best approach for automating certain tasks.

Also I am trying to trigger actions based on customer interactions and update certain fields dynamically. Has anyone here worked on something similar?

Also, if there are any must-know API endpoints or sample scripts that could help speed things up; I would really appreciate it! I want to make sure I am setting things up in a way that is scalable & does not create unnecessary overhead.

By the way, while exploring different cloud solutions, I came across What is google cloud Platform & was wondering if it integrates well with Freshworks for workflow automation. Has anyone tried using it for this purpose?

Also i have see this Customize x Workflows - Freshworks Developer Community & figured it would be a great place to get insights from experienced developers.
