I want to add a button in frehservice, which when pressed will make ticket status (Reopend), when the ticket status is (resolved) , it takes three days for it to be (closed), but if the requester makes a replay the ticket status becomes (open) , what i want is to change the status from (open) to (reopen) in any method
I guess you can rely on the product events and listen for the updates or workflow automation to trigger/notify your application when a ticket is updated or when a customer replies to the ticket.
