I want to integrate a third party cloud calling service called MyOperator with Freshdesk. MyOperator do have an integration with Freshdesk but with this integration only tickets can be generated. I want to have a pop up window on Freshdesk for incoming calls on MyOperator and I also want an option by which I can place the call right from Freshdesk. Now for this requirement, they have requested “in call webhook” from Freshdesk for “Live call pop up” feature on incoming calls. So here I need your assistance in finding this webhook.
