Inquiry About Hiding Default "Time Entries" Section in Freshservice

I have developed a custom app specifically designed for managing and adding time entries, and as a result, we find that the inbuilt “Time Entries” section in the ticket sidebar is redundant for our workflow.

I have explored various settings and configurations but haven’t found a direct option to hide/remove inbuilt “Time Entries” section. Could you please confirm whether it is possible to hide the “Time Entries” section in the ticket sidebar, and if so, provide guidance on the steps to accomplish this?

You can hide the native time entry app by adding a role and assigning it to the agents so that they won’t be able to view or edit the native timer.
