Modify Support Portal

Hi All,

Is there any way to add column/field on the ticket list view from the self service portal?

I’d like to change this view by adding custom fields for example :



I was wandering the same thing. I haven’t been able to find the solution for doing this. Would also love to hear if this is possible.

We were able to add the entity in the list, but while retrieving the data it throws error.

I know it is possible to add other lists, for example we tried adding Impact in the Filter, but the script was giving the error missing translation.
