Can any one help with a major issue we have. We have multiple ticket forms and need functionality to allow a customer to multiselect from a list, like a drop down list but selecting more than one option. is there a way round it? Its at the stage where we may move away from freshdesk without a solution that allows this or a way round approaching it.
