New page in support portal


I’m pretty new to this forum, but I haven’t yet found an answer to my question. So maybe there is someone who can help me.

Would it be possible to add a new page to the support portal of Freshservice? So, not a link to another page outside Freshservice, but a new page where I can add specific information from Freshservice (like ticket info, for example) or other info (plain text or even info collected from an api call).
I haven’t been able to do this through portal customization, but maybe it can be achieved through a custom app?

I am following this post as I am also interested to find out if this is possible, and how it could be done.
