Restricting user to a specific view in FreshworksCRM


I would like to know if it is possible to restrict a specific user to see only certain contacts based on a filter.
He should not be able to see all contacts and must only be able see contacts filtered though this filter.

Is there any way to achieve this?


You can create custom Views in the CRM to filter contacts. You can then use the view to fetch the contacts using the List All Contacts REST API endpoint.

I do not know if there is a way to restrict an agent’s access to only those Views.
