Situation:
Currently, we have multiple domains for a single product. The problem is that we only have a single contact support page. What we wanted was that every time a customer visited the contact support page, when he clicked the home button, he would then return to his website origin.
For example:
The CX1 was from product-two.com, and he visited the contact support page, which is support.product.com. There is a home button on the contact support page, and when he decides to go back to his website origin, he just needs to click it.
The CX2 was from product-one.com, same scenario. When the home button is clicked, he will return to his origins.
The product websites are separate from the contact support page. It is currently run through Freshdesk.
