Screenshots are not displayed on the receivers e-mail

Hello, I have a problem because screenshots sent from Freshdesk Ticket Reply System are not displayed at the recipient.

In frontend I can see the screenshot, here is an example

When the recipient opens it, he sees only boxes with images and the X sign.

Did this ever get figured out. I’m seeing this issue as well. Inline attached images are not showing in the ticket email but normal attachments will show a link to load.
