Can you please give me some documentation about what it means to be verified by Freshworks. What are the security guidelines that are reviewed by Freshworks before it is verified by Freshworks?

This is only for the application that you want to be available in the Freshworks marketplace. For custom apps, it’s not a must but it is recommended.
