The bot did not respond due to an unexpected error

I have enabled the Freddy bot with Freshchat to interact with my customers before assigning the conversation to an agent or group. The problem I have detected is that a certain number of interactions between the client and the bot suddenly the bot stops responding and sends an internal message of “The bot did not respond due to an unexpected error”.
The bot structure is very simple and does not have API validation rules. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue, resolved it, and know where to check for troubleshooting?
