Throwing 401 error while creating webhook

Hi All,

I am trying to create a webhook in a customer account for problems. even I am giving valid API key throwing 401 error while testing the webhook. Kindly refer to the images of the issue.

I have tried different API keys but giving the same results.

Kindly help me with this as this is a high priority need to deliver the app ASAP.

I get the same response when attempting to use the webhook function
