We have Twilio Flex embedded into Freshdesk. Twilio Flex is the contact centre app, which is supposed to get tasks which agents can work on. Whenever there is an incoming voice task, it is supposed to play a sound , a mp3 file , so that the agent can be alerted that there is a task. Sometimes, what happens is, the mp3 file does not play for an incoming task.
When we checked the har logs , we suspect it could be something related to content Security Policy (CSP) rejecting the mp3 file.
