Unable to load Crayons icons in Freshdesk


Freshworks crayons icon returns a 503 error code in Freshdesk for the past 6 hours in the US region. Could you please help me with this?

Hi Siva, Can you provide more information on this? This is a static asset hosted in a CDN. We are able to access the asset from US region now and we are not seeing any downtime with JsDelivr. Since 503 is a generic error message, it’s difficult to pinpoint the issue’s exact cause.

Recently, we built a custom app. Its objective is to add and remove ticket tags through a hierarchy using the custom app.

The Crayons cross icon is used to remove the existing tags of the ticket.

It worked well for the past few months, last day the customer reported that the app is not working.

They have shared the HAR file and screenshot with us. In that, we found the 503 error code for the cross.svg in the network tab.

We have tested the app in our instance and it is working fine.

Could you please let me know if any other information is required?
