Update Contact Details

I’m currently developing a Freshdesk App for my company. One feature of the app is to update the “Contact Details” of a ticket from the “Ticket Details Page”. Updating the data via API call is no problem, but getting the updated data displayed would require a manual refresh of the page.
Is there a way to reload the ticket details page from the app?

It’s not possible to refresh the app from the app. It has to be manually updated by the agent.

Also, this topic is relevant where they have asked for adding a note instead of updating contact details. Both require a manual update.
